Absolutely not! Flipness is built for all levels.
The choreography is broken down into simple, repetitive patterns.
We focus on "feeling the beat", having fun rather than perfect technique.
If you can move left and right, you can do Flipness!
Footwear: Supportive sneakers with good lateral support (cross-trainers are best). Avoid running shoes with overly "grippy" soles to prevent knee strain during pivots.
Clothing: Breathable, moisture-wicking activewear. Streetwear-style joggers are fine if they are lightweight!
Essentials: A large water bottle and a small towel (you will sweat).
